5. Rights of the Data Subject under KVKK (Article 11)

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, as a data subject, you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed,

   

• Request information if your personal data has been processed,

   

• Learn the purpose of the processing of your data and whether they are being used for their intended purpose,

   

• Know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,

• Request the correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,

• Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the Law,

• Object to the occurrence of a result against you that arises from analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,

• Demand compensation for damages in the event that you suffer harm due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.

   

6. Method of Exercising Your Rights

You can submit your requests regarding the exercise of the rights stated above to our company in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

You can deliver your written and originally signed requests by hand to the address 10046 Sokak, No:10, AOSB Mahallesi, Cigli / Izmir / Turkiye, send them via a notary public, or forward them via e-mail to efo@efoelektrik.com using the e-mail address currently registered in our system. The requests in your application will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible, and within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days, depending on the nature of the request.
